Making A Purchase
Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payments within the UK Only.


We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
We use two methods of delivery as we believe these offer the best most cost effective means of getting your orders to you when you want them. It is calculated on the weight of the products that you order.

You can choose between the delivery methods dependent on the weight of your order.

For orders up to 2 kg, next day delivery or next day before 9.30

TNT Express
Available on all orders, choose either
Next working day
Next working day before Noon
Next working day before 10.30am
Next working day before 9.00am

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1 business day .
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy

Your statutory rights apply on returns when ordering from this website. This right does not cover consumables. The total cost of the goods will be refunded within 30 days on receipt of returned goods. Money shall be refunded in the same form it was paid. If goods have been purchased in store and are being returned for no reason, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee, plus any return carriage that may apply. All returned goods must be in original packaging, include any leads or power supplies it was supplied with.
