How long will it take for my order to reach me?
We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours (stock permitting). This means that you should receive your order in 3-4 working days
What happens if you're out of stock of a particular item?
Having both retail premises and web sales means that occassionally we can sell out of a particular item. Not a problem! We only advertise goods that we regularly stock so we should be able to fulfil your order quickly. If your order will be significantly delayed, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements
I've changed my mind after ordering and wish to cancel - how?
Call us quickly! If the goods haven't left us, we can halt the process immediately. If the goods have been despatched or you have received them, simply wrap them up as they were sent to you and send them back for a refund within 7 days - easy!
I need to make special arrangements for delivery/collection - is that ok?
We're here to help you! Just give us a call to discuss your needs and we'll be glad to take care of them for you

I've never used this 'stuff' before - who can I talk to
Us! Either in store, by e-mail or on the phone. Our staff is made up of DJs, sound engineers, musicians and light jocks so we know our 'stuff'!
My amp/decks/mixer/speaker/lights have died - can you fix them?
We certainly can. Our in house engineers are able to bring most bits of kit back to life and with our close ties to many of our suppliers, spare parts aren't normally a problem either
What is all this techno-jargon?

Do you want to spread your payments over 36, 48 or 60 months but get your equipment now? We can help! Our finance deals typically work out to 19.9% APR and you don't even need a deposit. Simply apply in store and we'll do the paperwork for you while you wait.
